Meet the founder of Kanto Cat Care, Michelle

As a Japan local for the past 20 years, I know how hard it is to find a reliable EN/JP sitter and alternatives like pet hotels are not the most ideal for some.

Growing up with multiple pets, I have always loved taking care of animals and know what it's like to worry for them when you are gone.

With a flexible remote schedule, I am available 24/7 for your pet's care and needs.

We cover the Kanto region. For locations outside of central areas a small travel fee may apply — we'll always be upfront about it when you message.

Yes — our 24hr Overnight Care package is in-home. Your cat stays in their familiar environment and we stay with them. We'll ask in advance about bedding and kitchen access.

Absolutely. We're comfortable with pills, liquids and subcutaneous injections. We'll walk through your cat's routine during the meet & greet.

Two weeks is ideal, especially over holidays — but always reach out, last-minute requests sometimes work out.

45+ days before: 50% of deposit refunded. 25–44 days: 25%. Less than 25 days: deposit is non-refundable. No refunds are given for early return of the pet owner.

Keys are exchanged at the meet & greet or a mutually convenient time before your trip, and returned the day you're back. Lockboxes and smart locks are welcome too.
